Election Fraud in Nebraska

Most research into election fraud began in the six battleground or swing states, yet after numerous other states reported integrity issues the research has widened. We’re hoping to expand our coverage to every state in the US. The sections below outline what we know so far about Nebraska.

It’s important to note that the scores above reflect the laws, regulations, and processes that exist within the state, but not whether they were actually followed. In the 2020 election, some states with highly-rated election integrity measures did not uphold them. ¹ As The Heritage Foundation reminds us, even the best laws are not worth much unless responsible officials enforce them rigorously. It is up to the citizens of each state to make sure that their elected and appointed public officials do just that.

Seth Keshel’s Trend Analysis

Former US military intelligence officer and statistical analyst Seth Keshel analyzed the trends of voter registrations versus actual votes and discovered alarming anomalies in a number of counties, ones that defy typical historical trends. He has published a report for every state, indicating which counties’ vote counts align with the trend in voter registrations and which have small or large divergences.

Seth estimates that there may be approximately 33,000 votes for Biden in excess of what Nebraska registration trends would indicate — a possible indicator of fraud. Counties with the greatest number of excess votes deserve closer inspection.

Seth has listed Nebraska’s Douglas and Sarpy counties as being among the Nation’s Top 100 Worst Counties in terms of abnormal trends during the 2020 election.

The Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project

After the 2020 election, over 2,200 citizens connected via Telegram to share data and discuss reports from the election, forming the Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project.

Highlights from the Presentation

Larry Ortega explains that there are numerous clear indications of fraud from the 2020 election — some are mathematical, but others are clear enough to see without a mathematical background. This appears to be an issue much wider than just Nebraska, however it likely included the cooperation of at least some people on the ground within the state.

The findings thus far include:

• Four times during the vote count in Nebraska, votes for Trump went backwards. No explanation for this has yet been provided by the Secretary of State, the primary government official responsible for certifying elections.

• In Nebraska, ES&S voting machines are not checked for the possible presence of modems or wireless connectivity.

• Government contracts with ES&S, the voting machine manufacturer, prevent anyone from performing a thorough hardware or software audit of the machines. This contravenes the Nebraska Constitution which states that elections must be free and open for citizens to view and understand.

• Vote counts are reported in near-real-time via the use of memory sticks to copy results from one machine to another, although these are known to be a potential avenue for fraud and manipulation and have not been appropriately audited.

• In Nebraska, 58,000+ voters were added to the voter registration rolls in 2020 before the election, and 26,000+ were then removed in Feb and March 2021 after the election. Who were these people?

• There was an increase of 55,629 of people who voted in 2020, when the increase to the eligible voter population was only 41,850.

• County Election Officials have stated that they don’t have or keep election ballot images from 2020, contravening Nebraska Election Law. Perhaps ES&S has the records?

• In Lancaster County, NE, votes are stored by ES&S using software from a company called Crowdstrike, owned and operated by a Russian national, the same company hired by Hillary Clinton and the DNC that “investigated” and alleged Russian hacking of DNC servers as part of the Trump/Russia collusion that was later proved false by the FBI.

• Lancaster County accepted $400,000 in donations from Mark Zuckerberg.
  • $13,000+ was spent on voter Education
  • $266,000+ on mail-in voter supplies
  • $10,000+ for drop boxes

  What was the voter education like? Who got the mail-in voter supplies? Where did they place the drop-boxes? It appears as though they made it easier for Democrats to get to a drop-box than for a Republican.

• Ten counties had more registered voters than citizens eligible to vote.

• Highly-unusual increases in the voter registration and turnout rates, as also noted by Dr Doug Frank, see below.

• More votes than voters — 4,001 more votes counted in the state than voters who were recorded as having voted. Over 800 of these were detected in Cass County, and close to 700 in Douglas County.

• The voting trends in certain suburban precincts, especially in Sarpy County are highly questionable.

• In Sarpy County, Andrew LaGrone (conservative) lost his seat by only 266 votes out of 25,000 (1%), and Rich Holdcroft (conservative) lost his race by only 160 votes out of 18,000 (0.9%). Yet Sarpy County appears to have over 8,000 “excess” votes.

• The Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project has collected dozens of affidavits from residents that declare that they received unsolicited mailed ballots with wrong addresses, wrong names, or addressed to people who did not request them.

• All 93 County Clerks could not printout fundamental reports from their tabulating machines as described in their operating manuals. They responded with not knowing, often referring us to ES&S, showing their incompetence.

Sworn Affidavits from Residents

Here’s a small sample of residents that reported irregularities with mail-in ballots:

Prior to the 2020 election we received 3 ballots for Lindsey F. at our address. Lindsay is a daughter but has not lived at this address for more than 15 years. Additionally, Lindsay’s name changed to Lindsay S. Lindsay was 16 years of age when she last resided at our address and was NEVER A REGISTERED VOTER WHILE LIVING AT THIS ADDRESS. When we contacted Lindsay she said at no time did she request a mail in ballot. She further stated that she is a registered voter (Democrat) but has never been registered at our address, she also stated that she did not vote in the 2020 election.

We each received 2 ballots with our names on them for each of us, then a week to a week and a half later we each received 2 more and then I think we received 1 more. We are both registered Republicans and have never requested any ballots.

I spoke to Dennis G he said his father Harley G died 11 years before the election, his mother died 1 year 6 months before the election and they both received ballots in the Nov. 3, 2020 election. Their address is [redacted] then they were in assisted living!

I did receive one ballot I requested from Fred Mytty’s office in Dodge County NE, for the Nov. 3rd 2020 Election, but I also received 3 other ballots from whoever, one of them came months after the 2020 Presidential Election. The additional 3 ballots that came were not on as heavy of paper.

I spoke to Myron he said he did not receive a mailed ballot for the Nov. 3rd, 2020 Election. In Thayer County they mailed out ballots. He went to the courthouse to see why he did not receive a ballot and the election staff told him he had already voted, he had NOT VOTED. He turned around and left the courthouse! HE DID NOT VOTE.

I received 4 ballots for the Nov. 3rd 2020 election. I do not know the person that’s name was listed on all 4 ballots. We are both registered Republicans and have not requested any ballots. We opened the ballots we received and then threw them away.

Dr. Doug Frank’s Analysis

Dr. Douglas Frank discovered a strange algorithmic pattern that enabled him to accurately predict voter registration by age and voter turnout by age with a very high degree of accuracy.

Alarmingly, some counties across Nebraska had more registered voters in certain age groups than eligible voters exist in the population. Additionally, in many older age-groups, voter turnout was nearly 100% and sometimes exceeded the total eligible population.

The same, exact algorithm (or “key” as Frank calls the mathematical formula) used in one county could be applied to many other counties in Nebraska to predict their voter registration and turnout by age, too.

Dr. Frank has performed his analysis on at least 17 other states and has found the same disturbing pattern where he is able to predict the voter turnout rate for every age bracket in many counties based only on US Census Bureau data.

Having registration and turnout rates that repeatedly reflect a common mathematical formula across numerous demographically-unique counties is an indication that voter rolls and votes themselves may have been illegally manipulated via a computer algorithm. In all cases where this has occurred, we believe a forensic audit of the ballots, software logs, election records, and voter rolls is highly necessary.

Dr Frank also found hundreds of errors in the voting records. The below charts compare the official election report (dated Dec 4th, 2020) with the voter rolls on Dec 4th for each county. In a properly run election there should be zero differences between the two records. But as you can see many hundreds of anomalies exist.

The red bars show the number of ballots that were tallied, but not assigned to voters in the rolls. The black bars show the number of registrants added or removed from each county’s rolls.

This second chart shows the same data but amplified by a factor of ten to see the differences more clearly.

Bloated Voter Rolls

In Oct 2020, a month before the election, Judicial Watch released a study that found 353 US counties in 29 states had voter registration rates exceeding 100% of the eligible voting-age citizens.

In Nebraska the following counties exceeded 100%:
Arthur County (108%); Loup County (103%); Keya Paha County (102%); Banner County (100%); McPherson County (100%)

While this could be a symptom of poor clean-up of voter rolls — where voters that have died or moved interstate are left on the rolls for extended periods of time — it creates significant opportunity for fraudulent ballots to be submitted under the names of expired voters, making them appear legitimate. This was made even easier with the prevalence of mail-in ballots and widespread abandonment of voter ID rules which occurred in many states during the 2020 election.

The door-to-door canvassing across numerous states is proving that “phantom votes” were indeed counted for certain voters who were registered but did not themselves submit a ballot.

Research is also underway to explore disconcerting cases in some states whereby voter rolls appear to have been deliberately padded with false, duplicated, or expired records, possibly for the purpose of providing cover for fraudulent ballots. This is evidenced by graphing the changes to voter rolls over time and observing patterns which appear algorithmically-generated rather than organic, and then drilling down to identify specific anomalous records. We hope to release more findings on these anomalies in the coming weeks.

Electronic Voting Machines

The polling and tabulation equipment used for each county in the US is listed at Verified Voting, although see our disclaimer ². They also have a detailed database including photographs of the various models of voting equipment. Note that the polling and ballot marking equipment is different to the scanning and tabulation equipment — both need to be highly secure, and in most cases are not.

Voting machines and computerized tabulation equipment have introduced many vulnerabilities and avenues for manipulation in elections. Cybersecurity experts tell us that there is no such thing as a fully secure computer system, and the more complex our voting systems and election systems get, with more moving parts and connections, the more impossible it will be for any state or county to defend against a nation-state-level threat. Local counties running elections can no longer defend against these motivated and well-funded foreign nations. The efficiency gains brought by machines are not reason enough to tolerate the loss of security, accountability, and transparency.

Elections need to return to paper ballots and mechanical or hand counting to minimize the threat of cyber attacks and manipulation by fraud. Let your state representative, county clerk, county commissioners, and Secretary of State know your opinion about this.

State Representatives Supporting Election Integrity & Audits

Following the results of the Maricopa Arizona Forensic Audit, 188 state representatives from 39 states signed a letter asking for forensic audits in all 50 states.

From Nebraska, only Representative Robert Clements has so far signed the document.

The US Congress Election Integrity Caucus — a group of 55 federal members working together on issues of election integrity — has no members from Nebraska.
